Interested in applying at the FreshLo Residences?

The FreshLo Hub Residences includes a six-story, affordable housing building with 97 units consisting of 49 one-bedroom, 33 two-bedrooms, and 15 three-bedrooms. Additionally, there will be nine ADA compliant units, with 5 mobility compliant and 4 hearing & visually compliant. All units will include outside balconies and stackable washers and dryers.

 

Residents will enjoy multiple amenities including a fitness area, multipurpose rooms, common room, storage area, and amenity deck featuring outdoor grills, fireplace, seating areas, garden beds, and a playground.

 

The FreshLo Hub will be the only affordable housing development in Montbello that provides multi-bedroom units suitable for families earning 30, 50, 60, and 70 percent of area median income (AMI). 

  • We strive to make the rental process accessible and inclusive, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the benefits of electric mobility. Please review the following guidelines to see if you meet the criteria:
    Residency: Renters must be Montbello residents, as our services are tailored specifically to serve the local community. Age Restrictions: Users must be 18 years or older to independently rent an electric bike. For high school-aged students, a parent or guardian's involvement is required to complete the rental process. Identification: Renters must provide valid identification, such as a driver's license or identification card, to verify their identity and age. Payment Authorization: Users are required to provide a credit or debit card to cover incidentals or potential replacement costs in the event of loss or theft of the e-bike. User Agreement and Liability Waiver: Renters must carefully read, understand, and sign a user agreement and waiver of liability before renting an electric bike. This agreement outlines the responsibilities and obligations of the user during the rental period. Information Session: Prior to riding away with the e-bike, users are expected to participate in an information session. This session covers essential topics, including proper bike locking techniques to ensure the security of the rented bike. No previous experience with e-bikes is necessary, as the information session is designed to provide guidance and support for riders of all skill levels. Previous experience with e-bikes is not required. Our goal is to encourage everyone to try out electric bikes and experience the joy of eco-friendly transportation. The Electric Bike Library is a welcoming space for riders of all backgrounds, and our team is available to assist you throughout the rental process.
