Michael Crossland is a driven and solution-focused serial entrepreneur, investor, and visionary. Over the past five years, he has worked tirelessly to leave a lasting footprint in Denver’s private and public sectors as well as within the community.

Michael’s entrepreneurial journey led him to co-found CFW Staffing, an organization proudly certified by the city of Denver as a Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE). This venture stands as a testament to his commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fueled by a deep-rooted desire to make a difference in local communities. Through CFW Staffing, Michael aims to provide meaningful employment opportunities to families and foster strategic partnerships.
Throughout his career, Michael has consistently demonstrated an uncanny ability to close deals and deliver results. His vision is to continue building upon these successes, contributing to society, and turning visions into realities. He firmly believes that through collaboration and innovation, a future can be shaped that is not only profitable but also sustainable and inclusive.

Michael’s commitment to service extends beyond his professional role. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of Programming for Urban League Metro Denver and actively volunteers with numerous local organizations, passionate about giving back and contributing to a thriving community. As a father of three, with one in their first year of college, his children are his ultimate motivation, keeping him engaged and vibrant throughout the year. Balancing a demanding professional career with a fulfilling personal life, Michael is constantly driven by his love for community, his commitment to positive change, and his dedication to family. This unique blend of personal values and professional expertise shapes a life that is both rewarding and inspiring.


Excited to be a part of the MOC family, Michael sees the vital work being done there as crucial to the community. As the Program Manager over Montbello Talent, he plans to assist community members in finding and retaining living wage jobs where they can thrive and grow.
