The Electric Van service offers a greener and more convenient transportation option for community organizations in Montbello. This service allows organizations to conveniently travel as a group outside of the community, where existing transportation options may not provide the same level of access. Additionally, the Electric Van service contributes to a cleaner and healthier community by minimizing the environmental impact associated with traditional transportation methods. The goal of Montbello Moves’ Electric Vehicle Charging initiative is to support sustainable transportation options and promote the adoption of electric vehicles, contributing to a cleaner and greener community. While we are still in the early phases of this initiative, we are excited to be in the process of installing our first electric vehicle (EV) charging station and aim to play a significant role in stewarding the development of this essential infrastructure. We will continue to update this page with progress updates on the first EV charging and upcoming installations, as well as information on benefits, locations, charging options, etiquette, sustainability advantages, and future expansion plans of our Electric Vehicle Charging network. Together, we can pave the way for a more sustainable future in Montbello.

The Montbello Organizing Committee, in partnership with RTD, is offering bus passes to access essential services. This ensures that vulnerable populations, such as seniors, people with disabilities, low-income individuals, justice system clients, parents of students, immigrants and refugees, and job seekers, can obtain bus passes, which are valid for all RTD fixed-route services, except airport trips.
